There are ten museums, the most interesting of which might be the ethnological museum. Objects from the 16th until the 20th century are on exhibit; a wide variety of dresses, kitchen and household apparatus, farming equipment, etc. The exhibition intends to give visitors an impression and feel of the rural life in the past. (Calle de la Iglesia 1 is open from Sun - Fri 10 am - 9 pm; closed on Saturdays)
Situated in the upper part of the village, the museum of the family Sarriá is also worth a visit. Not far from the museum is the cemetery of Guadalest , another point where you can look out over the whole valley and its panoramic beauty.

Benidorm is not one to miss on its affluent history. Its history and other records are preserved to the utmost in its excellent museums. Tourists should throng to see among others, the Agricultural Museum, which boasts of an extensive collection made up of among others, a water mill, a cart, a plough and other tools used long ago for agricultural work. Address: Centro de Ocio y Esparcimiento (Parque de l`Aigüera). Junto a la Plaza de Toros.
There’s also a very commendable wax museum in Benidorm.
